Farias, Lda.
Farias Lda. was established in 1951, operating in Southern Faial Island. The company was in charge for the public transportation route from Horta to the Northern part of the island.
Farias Lda. joined the Group in 1969, when Bensaude purchased the company’s shareheld by Francisco Faria. Currently, this share is owned by Varela & CA., another company of the Bensaude Group.
The 14-vehicle fleet operates all the bus routes in Faial. Farias also offers a bus rental service and operates the minibus in the City of Horta.
