The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applied from May 25, 2018, brings several challenges to public and private organizations. The protection of individuals regarding the processing of their Personal Data is a fundamental right. Any information of any nature and regardless of its support, including sound and image, relating to an identified or identifiable living individual ('data subject');

Any person who can be identified directly or indirectly, namely by reference to an identification number or one or more specific elements of his / her physical, physiological, psychic, economic, cultural or social identity, shall be considered identifiable.
